This individual will nurture our customers until they are ready to buy and/or sell a home. This will involve phone, email, text communication on an on-going basis. You will be the voice for our company in the beginning stages of the home buying and selling process. You will learn what it takes to convert Buyer and Seller leads into appointments, all while being a part of an awesome team.   35 to 40 hour work week with occasional evening and weekend hours, plus LOTS OF FLEXIBILITY in the work schedule. A real estate license is NOT required at time of application but could be obtained at a later date. Base salary is $30,000, PLUS bonuses for appointments set. With base salary and bonuses, a first year Inside Sales Associate can easily make $55,000 to $65,000. As the database grows, so does the potential to make much more!

  Applicants must:

  • Be very comfortable on the phone and be able to connect right away with people.
  • Have ability to sell all levels of the home buying and selling experience. Everything from property searches, lending services, appointments with Listing and Buyer Agents, etc.
  • Have attention to detail and desire to manage database.
  • Have ability to work in a team atmosphere to work toward a common goal for reaching sales goals.
